You acknowledge and agree that bussin.bet is provided as a beta version and is still under active development. As beta software:

• Bugs and Errors: The platform may contain bugs, errors, and other issues that could cause system failures, data loss, or unexpected behavior
• Incomplete Features: Some features may be incomplete, unstable, or may change without notice
• No Uptime Guarantee: We do not guarantee any level of uptime, availability, or reliability
• Data Loss: Your data, including transaction history and preferences, may be lost or corrupted
• Security Vulnerabilities: The platform may contain undiscovered security vulnerabilities
• Breaking Changes: We may make changes that break compatibility with previous versions without notice

BY USING THIS BETA SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH EXPERIMENTAL SOFTWARE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY TECHNICAL ISSUES, BUGS, ERRORS, DATA LOSS, FINANCIAL LOSS, OR ANY OTHER PROBLEMS THAT MAY ARISE FROM YOUR USE OF THIS BETA VERSION.

By accessing, browsing, or using bussin.bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bussin.bet. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. Nature of Service

bussin.bet is an interface that provides access to prediction market protocols. We do not operate a prediction market ourselves. We merely provide a user interface to interact with third-party decentralized protocols and smart contracts.

• We do not custody, control, or have access to your funds
• We do not execute trades on your behalf
• We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any market data
• We are not responsible for the operation of underlying protocols

4. Risk Disclosure

By using this Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Total Loss of Funds: You may lose 100% of your invested capital. Never invest more than you can afford to lose completely.
• Market Volatility: Prediction markets can be highly volatile and unpredictable. Prices can change rapidly and without warning.
• Smart Contract Risks: Underlying protocols may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or exploits that could result in loss of funds.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on the Platform
• The availability, functionality, or performance of the Platform
• The security of the Platform or your transactions
• The merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• The outcome of any prediction market or trade

7. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys
• You will not use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• You understand the risks involved and are financially able to bear potential losses
• You will conduct your own research and due diligence before making any trading decisions

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless bussin.bet and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another party, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of bussin.bet or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bussin.bet regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
